1/2 Mango
2 oz Mango Juice
1 oz Cognac
1 Scoop Mango-Tangerine Sorbet
Chocolate Dipped Palmier Cookie
Garnish: Powdered Sugar

Banana Flambe’
2 T Butter
2 T Granulated Sugar
2 T Brown Sugar
2 Bananas
2 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Rum
1 Scoop Caramel Ice Cream
Caramel Walnut Tart

Caramel Apple Flambe’
2 T Butter

2 T Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Apples, Wedged
2 oz Apple Juice
2 oz Rum
4 oz Heavy Cream
1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
