Fizzy Cold Brew Coffee Float

INGREDIENTS

1 cup coarsely ground Huck’s coffee beans

5 cups filtered water 

Ice

1/4 cup Stumptown’s Cold Brew

1/4 cup club soda

1/4 cup Alden’s Organic Vanilla Ice Cream 

Melted chocolate for drizzling, if desired 

Whipped Cream

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill a glass with crushed ice or coffee ice cubes and pour your cold brew overtop, a little more than halfway. Add in the two shots of espresso. 

2. Add in the club soda and stir. Taste and see if it’s fizzy enough for you -if not, add a touch more soda.
