Recipe – Creamy Mayo-Free Broccoli Salad


1 medium head broccoli, cut into bite-size florets (about 5 1/2 cups)

4 slices Organic Prairie Bacon, crisp-cooked and chopped

1/4 cup finely diced onions

1/3 cup organic raisins

1/4 cup sunflower seeds, preferably dry roasted or salted

3/4 cup Organic Valley Plain Grassmilk Yogurt

3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

pinch of black pepper


1. Place broccoli florets, onions, and raisins in a large bowl.

2. Whisk together Organic Valley Plain Grassmilk Yogurt, 

apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasons.

3. Pour dressing over salad and toss well to coat.

4. Stir in Organic Prairie Bacon and sunflower seeds just before serving.
