INGREDIENTS
Ground beef or favorite meat substitute (I used Beyond Beef ground beef for the first time. It had a great consistency and flavor)
2 Tbsp coconut oil
Sweet or yellow onion (diced)
1 lb of ground beef or plant-based substitute
8-10 Cremini Mushrooms (chopped)
2 ears of sweet corn (remove the kernels)
Chili paste, Sriracha, or Truff hot sauce
1/2 tsp fennel seeds (optional)
A pinch of salt and pepper
1-2 Tbsp Original Cheez
Wrap of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat a saucepan on medium-high. Once hot, add the coconut oil and the onions.
2. Cook for a few minutes until the onions start to brown. Add the ground beef.
3. Just before it starts to brown, add the mushrooms and the sweet corn. Toss in the fennel seeds and a pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally for the next 6-10 minutes. Once cooked, dress your wrap with your favorite chili paste or hot sauce and a
smear of Cheez. Wrap it up and voila!
