Cheez is establishing a new industry in Spokane and working to put the city on the map as a producer of plant-based, non-dairy cheeses. Cheez is made using six simple all-natural ingredients. No isolation of proteins, nothing grown or raised in a lab, just Mother Nature doing her thing. Cheez is a fermented product. It’s cultured over the course of 11 days to produce a consistency like a soft goat cheese and all of the flavor and tang of its dairy counterparts. The fermentation process generates beneficial probiotic cultures which aid in the promotion of good gut health and improved functions of the immune system.
